I work holistically, looking at the whole person. I don't focus on symptoms, rather I try to find the cause of any health issues.



Initial Contact

  • Before the first meeting, I will email you a number of questionnaires that will need to be filled in and returned one week before the first appointment is set.

  • The questionnaires will enable me to get an insight into your lifestyle and what your goals are. I work holistically, so this will show me what areas we need to work on to achieve your goals.

  • After receiving your completed questionnaires, I will review them and propose a plan for us to achieve together.

  • On a scale of 1-10, I need a commitment of 9-10 from you and a minimum time frame of 3 months to work with you.

You didn't get to where you are overnight, so it won't take overnight to get you back to optimal health.

It takes time, effort and commitment!!


First Consult (1 hour)

  • In the first consult, we will go through the questionnaires together, I will ask further questions and identify additional areas we need to work on to achieve your goals.

  • At the end of the consult, you will be given a number of diet and lifestyle changes to work on the next couple of weeks.


Following Consults (30 mins)

  • In subsequent consults, we will track your progress and address any issues that may arise.

  • I will keep you accountable.

  • Consults will be scheduled weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on your requirements.

Assessing, not guessing!

Every new client needs to complete a series of questionnaires so that I can get a complete picture of your lifestyle. This includes questions regarding your thoughts, breathing, eating, drinking, movement and sleeping. All of these components are important to ensure that your body is in a state of homeostasis and the questionnaires will identify areas for us to work on..

A commitment level of 9-10 (on a scale of 1-10) is needed from you. 

Initial changes to diet and lifestyle are recommended firstly. However, for some people additional testing may be required, for example:

  • Adrenal stress profile

  • Intestinal Permeability Test

  • IgG Food Sensitivity Test (tests for 96 foods)

  • ALCAT Intolerance Food Test (tests for 200 foods)
