Lard 500 mL

This lard is made from heritage pigs which are free to forage amongst the eucalyptus trees as nature allows. The pork lean fat is from happy and healthy pigs.

Lard is a great fat for cooking as it is:

• A stable saturated fat - does not oxidise easily.

• Good for cooking a high temperatures.

• Very versatile as it can be used for frying, deep-frying and baking.

• It has a mild and neutral flavour.

Lard from pasture raised pigs is high in the fat soluble vitamins D and K2.

Ingredients: Made from 100% pasture raised pork fat.

The pork fat has been slowly rendered three times to remove any impurities. It is perfect for cooking and frying at high temperatures.

Packed in a 500g reusable glass jar.

Directions & storage: Store in your fridge and spoon out lard as required for cooking. May be stored in the freezer.
