SUGGESTED USE (ORALLY):

  • Black Seed Oil can be consumed for health benefits.

  • Adults take 1 tsp. up to two times daily with food. If using for the first time, start with a smaller amount and gradually increase this. You can mix the oil into anything you would normally eat or drink if desired (as it does have a strong taste) or simply have it on its own.

 

SUGGESTED USE (TOPICALLY FOR HAIR AND SKIN): 

  • Black Seed Oil can also be beneficial for cosmetic and topical applications to the skin, hair and scalp.  

  • Black Seed Oil is reputed to effectively address fungal infections with its anti-fungal properties.

  • Its antioxidant activity is known to promote the skin’s elimination of harmful free radicals, consequently diminishing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, age spots, acne and other blemishes, thereby exhibiting a rejuvenating and revitalizing effect.

  • Rich in vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids, Black Seed Oil delivers profoundly nourishing moisture that is easily absorbed into the skin, leaving it feeling smooth, hydrated, nourished , radiant and glowing.

TO TREAT DRY SKIN

  • Massage a few drops into your skin in the morning and evening,  allowing it to penetrate for a few minutes before applying other skincare or makeup on top.

  • Black Seed Oil can also be applied to acne prone skin due to its anti-inflammatory properties.

TO TREAT HAIR LOSS AND PROMOTE HAIR GROWTH:

  • Black seed oil has been hailed as a potent hair growth oil. It stimulates hair follicles, thereby promoting hair growth.

  • Pour a small amount of the Black Seed Oil into your palms and rub both your hands against each other to warm it up.

  • Massage the oil into your scalp. Focus on the areas that are losing most hair. Alternatively, you can use the dropper from the bottle to apply the oil to the scalp.

  • Once your scalp is covered in the oil, work the oil through your hair from the roots to the tips.

  •  Leave the oil in for about 30 minutes to an hour and then wash it off with your regular shampoo and conditioner. Alternatively you could leave the oil in overnight or even apply a smaller amount daily to your scalp and leave it on for maximum results.

  •  This can be done 2-3x a week.

  • PLEASE NOTE- You can use Black Seed Oil straight, or you can mix with other oils that promote hair growth such as the Alephia Organic Castor Oil.

 

TO TREAT FRIZZY OR DRY HAIR:

  • Rub a couple of drops of Black Seed Oil into your palms. Lightly apply to your hair to tame frizziness, add shine and hydration.
